The budget sheet above is based on the Full time internship costs. If you are interested in the Part time internship while taking a British Life and Culture course, the Program Fee section adjusts to $4383 but the other sections remain the same. The visa for part time internships is £348.
UK Student visa application fee (for part-time interns) and Tier 5 (for full-time interns): A visa is required for U.S. citizens and non-U.S. citizens. Citizens holding passports from non-English speaking countries are required to take and pass a knowledge of English language test from an approved provider, before enrolling in the program. If you are taking a part time internship and enrolled at GMU, you may not require an English Language test. Full time internship students will have to pay $795 to BUNAC for their sponsorship fee and £244 to UKVI for the Tier 5 visa. The estimate for visa in the above Budget Sheet is for Tier 5 using exchange rates. Part-time internship students have different costs, as they will instead have to pay £348 for their student visa.
