Build Your Own Internship: Location of Your Choice
Not seeing an internship for you below? If you have a very specific internship placement in mind or are looking through our program list and not seeing your location of choice, you still have options! You can “Build Your Own Internship,” where you research and secure your own internship while working with the GEO office to receive relevant academic credit. Students are responsible for finding this internship, housing, and travel arrangements independently, which is what differs from the existing internship placement programs that GEO offers. All students will be charged in-state tuition for this program and receive a guaranteed $250-$1000 scholarship.

Bangkok, Thailand with World Endeavors
Fashion Internship:
Fashion interns work in companies and design houses assisting with design, styling, production, marketing, merchandising, and business.
Fashion Internship:
A previous intern was placed with a small organization which took local fashion concepts and marketed them to local stores.
Buenos Aires, Argentina with Road2Argentina
Fashion and Design Internship:
Shop Hop BA uncovers the best of Buenos Aires' shopping and fashion scene to both tourists and locals. Shopping trips are tailored to the client's needs, tastes and budget. They are focused on providing insight into the BA design scene, providing access to hidden designer showrooms and artist workshops. Other services include at-home wardrobe consultations and gift shopping services.
London, UK with Anglo Education Services
Fashion Marketing Internship:
A fashion marketing internship with a unique women's shoe business. The intern can expect to get involved with creating digital communication graphics including newsletters, artwork and website graphics, editing product shots and photoshop images. As well as assisting with social media marketing by creating an online marketing calendar and blog writing.
Merchandising Internship:
A merchandising internship with a high-end women's swimwear company. The intern can expect to get involved with creating specification packs, range planning and assisting the production assistant.
Fashion Marketing Internship:
Fashion is presented as a means of social marking and identification. Anglo Educational Services work with an award-winning British brand, where interns get to work on their current and upcoming collections. Interns can expect to get involved with designing their brochures, creating content for their social media, as well as updating their website. Depending on the time of year, previous interns have also got involved with influencer outreach and potential new partnerships across Europe.
Madrid, Spain with World Endeavors
Fashion Internship:
Interns assist with managing international clients, finding designer market niche and new clients, assisting in preparing the looks of models and working with photographers, checking in and out when clothing enters or leaves the warehouse, preparing photos and descriptions for the website, and publishing photos to the website and managing social media campaigns.
Paris, France with World Endeavors
Fashion Internship:
Paris fashion company, where interns assist with fashion week, help to manage the buyers, set up the showroom, prepare support materials, write the newsletter, manage social media campaigns, and assist with artistic creation of PDFs for clients.
Communication for Custom Jewelry Designer:
Interns focus on communication and development of new brands and the business to consumer market. Interns create content for social media, plan photo shoots, assist with opening a pop-up store and manage communication with journalists.

Seoul, South Korea with CRCC Asia
Fashion Internship:
Intern for a fashion brand that aims to achieve Korean street fashion with the name of designer Park Se-jin and the meaning of top-class, artist, and street style and continue to unravel with the theme of Segenist regardless of season. The graphic motifs from Korean tradition and modern culture, with a focus on pentagonal colors, is proposed, and a new style is proposed that modernizes the silhouette and detail of hanbok. Sejinist's goal is to create a new Koreanism fashion by creating trendy fashion in it with love for ours.

Intern for a fashion brand that is based on the American classic and preppy style.
Sydney, Australia with World Endeavors
Fashion Internship:
Intern with a company that has been curating a collection of Australia’s great fashion brands for over 50 years. Intern will assist the marketing coordinator with content creation and Google adwords implementation, customer relationship coordination and social media, and develop and implement marketing and communication programs.
Textiles Design Internship:
Join a Sydney-based design trio of print and fabric surface treatment specialists, whose primary focus is to deliver original, exclusive and bespoke designs for a broad range of visual applications, particularly textiles.
