LEADERSHIP AND SOCIAL CHANGE

3 credits, Lead by Professor Graziella McCarron

Throughout its history, Italy has provided a rich set of leadership themes that were manifested in enduring cultural artifacts. In this course we will learn about some core themes around leaders as warriors, problem solvers, politicians, and teachers.

In this class participants will explore what each leadership perspective suggests about the qualities of effective leaders, the relationship between leaders and followers, the role of ethics in leadership, and the development of effective leaders.

Come join our Info session on Monday Nov. 5th at 1pm in room 400 Enterprise Hall. Find out more exciting information about Italy and what a fantastic program this is.
