Fall 2025 Pre-departure Orientation is scheduled to take place on Saturday, December 6, 2025 from 10 AM to 2 PM. Registration and check-in will open at 9:30 AM.

From 10 AM to 2 PM with select breakout sessions to follow the main event
Registration and check-in will open at 9:30 AM
This event is required for all students departing for their study abroad experiences in early 2026.
