- Billable costs are those collected by the Global Education Office and George Mason University. Non-billable costs are those collected by other agents and the items listed in this category are estimated costs you may incur while abroad.

Billable Program Cost is paid in two installments.
- $200 non-refundable Application Deposit paid online through the MasonAbroad application system
- Balance (Program Cost minus $200) paid to your Mason student account
